  • Payment Processing: We process payments for your society and deposit them into your society's bank account.  We guarantee a two week turnaround, even during the height of renewal season.

  • List Maintenance: We maintain your list of members and subscribers for you.  Our accurate and dedicated personnel ensure the best possible data for your membership directories and lists for mailing publications.

  • Author Billing: Our staff can bill your authors for any number of charges including reprint cost, color plates, revisions and page charges.

  • Executive Director Services: We recognize that executive board members may come and go from one year to the next.  We strive to maintain consistency on our end.  AM&M's Executive Directors are available for numerous services and are equipped to take on as much decision-making responsibility as your association deems necessary.  We work closely with you in order to customize the best service package for you, allowing you to determine the extent of AM&M's involvement.

  • Customer Service: Our office is open from 8am - 5 pm Monday through Friday (Central Standard Time).  Most voice messages and e-mails received are returned within 24 hours and all other correspondence within one week.

  • Claims for Missing or Damaged Items: We respond to all inquiries and take the appropriate actions as determined by your society for missing or damaged items.  This includes correspondence with subscription agencies.

  • Membership Directory Services: We are prepared to help you prepare your membership directory and see it through to completion.  We work with you to provide the most accurate information for your members.

  • Enhanced Online Services: We provide online services, such as membership directories, renewals, membership record updating, surveys, and much more. All these services can be password protected and accessible to anyone with internet access.
