NEW Kodak Insite Transition Guide: Version 8.0 to 9.0

Allen Press will be upgrading its Kodak InSite prepress portal as part of a software upgrade. The upgrade provides an improved user experience through faster processing, a more streamlined user interface, and significantly improved functionalities.

As part of this upgrade there will be some changes to the user interface in InSite. This User Guide illustrates the changes users will see in the latest version.
Kodak InSite will be offline while the upgrade is made.Users will not be able to access Kodak Insite during these times:

Monday, June 13, 8:00am – Noon, Central
Monday, June 20 8:00am – 5pm, Central

Submit jobs, track progress, collaborate on changes and review and approve work via secure 24/7 web access.


Use our secure FTP (File Transfer Protocol) network to transfer files and materials to our account management team.
